- Preparation of project viability analysis report based on pre-feasibility study.
- Prepared tariff petition and tariff model for obtaining generation license and a viable tariff for development of Project from NEPRA.
- Submission of Tariff petition to NEPRA.
- Preparation and presentation of Project Management Plan to various Stakeholders.
- Preparation of Project Schedule and Staffing Plan of overall Project.
- Assistance in development of other Project Documents.
