Project Description
The Project is being developed as Private Public Partnership (PPP) between Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Company (KHNP) as main sponsor and government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Other shareholders include Daelim Industrial Corporation and Lotte Engineering & Construction.
Our role as project advisor required review of feasibility study, preparation of economic & financial feasibility of project, project costs and development budgets for Project. Moreover, preparation and presentation of financial model, assistance in KDI approval for project financing, preparation, and presentation of project proposal, bidding documents, assistance in negotiations of PPP terms and agreement, and general project management are major tasks included in our scope of work.
