Project Description
- Preparation of project viability analysis report based on pre. Feasibility study; projected tariff and financial model of Project.
- Assistance in preparation of SOQ’s to obtain the 1.01 from PPIB.
- Preparation of RFP and ranking report for selection of consultant for feasibility study.
- Supervision of feasibility study conducted by Scott Wilson and assisted in approval of feasibility study by panel of experts of PPIB.
- Preparation of tariff model and tariff petition of the Project.
- Preparation and maintenance of project accounts & assistance in due diligence of project by various stakeholders.
- Negotiated the tariff with NTDC and got it approved by NTDC Board. Submission of petition to NEPRA is in Process.
- Prepared a detailed financial model of the Project based on tariff agreed by NTDC.
- Registered the Project as proposed CDM activity with UNFCCC.
