Project Description

• Preparation of project viability analysis report based on pre-feasibility study; projected tariff and financial model of Project.
• Assistance in preparation of SOQ’s to obtain the WI from PPIB.
• Preparation of RFP and ranking report for selection of consultant for feasibility study.
• Preparation and maintenance of project accounts & assistance in due diligence of project by various stakeholders.
• Preparation of tariff model and a detailed financial model of Project based on project tariff.
• Developed the RFP for inviting consultants for conduction of feasibility study of the Project, prepared the evaluation and ranking report of proposals received, prepared and negotiated the contract with successful bidder (MIS Scott Wilson UK).
• Preparation of RFP for topographic survey of projects investigation studies etc.
• Day to day liaison with PPIB, MoWP and project consultants.
