Project Description

• Preparation of Tariff Model & Tariff Proposals.
• Preparation and negotiations of PPA, IA and WUA with NTDC and PPIB.
• Preparation and presentation of detailed financial model of the project.
• Preparation of Hydrology Model & Energy calculations.
• Preparation of Startups & Shutdowns model.
• Preparation of PDD for developing the project as CDM activity. Obtained the validation through DNV & registration of project with UNFCCC as Pakistan’s first CDM Project,
• Presentations to different stakeholders of Project induding ADB, IDB, HBL and NBP.
• Assistance in negotiations of terms sheets with local and international lenders.
• Assistance in negotiations of shareholders agreement with local and international equity partners.
• Development of Project Information Memorandum of Project.
• Preparation and maintenance of project accounts & assistance in due diligence of project by various stakeholders.
• Preparation and presentation of Project Management Plan to various Stakeholders.
