Project Description
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) invited the proposals from Independent Power Producers (IPP) for the development of two gas based Combined Cycle thermal power project, each with an on-site capacity of 225 MW. Standard Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) were issued to all interested participants. A detailed scoring criterion for technical and financial strength was provided by PEDO in PQD. Our role was to evaluate the technical and financial bids received by 7 participants and prepare a ranking report. The assignment is completed successfully.
